Eric Rawdon grew up in Richfield, MN.  He received his B.A. in Mathematics from St. Olaf College and his Ph.D. in Mathematics fromthe University of Iowa, specializing in Physical Knot Theory. Afterstints at Chatham College and Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, hemoved to the University of St. Thomas in 2006. Eric was born andraised on the Vikings, who have filled his Sundays with much joy alongwith moments of great sorrow.  His summers are full of golf and winters are full of broomball. Eric is fortunate to have a talentedand lovely wife Gretchen and two delightful boys, Sam and Mikkel.
